Who we are

Riddhi Siddhi Vastu is the advisory practice of Acharya Kiran Shah, offering Vastu, Vedic astrology and numerology guidance. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the practice, and “you” means anyone who visits this website or consults with us.

What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or user accounts, and it does not store anything you type. The enquiry form and the Curate Your Path selector only prepare a message: when you continue, WhatsApp opens with that message ready, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it there.

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify you.

What you may share with us

When you enquire or book a consultation, you may share:

• Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email and city or country
• Birth details (date, time and place) for yourself or family members, for astrology and numerology
• Floor plans, addresses, orientation and photographs of a property, for Vastu
• Names, business names, mobile numbers or other details you would like analysed
• Anything else you choose to tell us about your question

Please share another person's details, such as a partner's or child's birth details, only with their knowledge and agreement.

How we use it

• To understand your question, prepare your consultation and deliver your reading or report
• To schedule calls, follow-ups and site visits, and to answer your messages
• To issue invoices and keep the records the law requires

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by Acharya Kiran Shah and, where needed, by the office team that helps arrange your consultation. Messages you send on WhatsApp or by phone are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies. We share information with others only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation details for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that follow-ups and later questions can build on earlier work. Financial records are kept for as long as Indian law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to see the personal details we hold about you, correct them, or have them erased, and you may withdraw consent you have given. To do so, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable care to keep the details you share private and to limit who can see them. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please avoid sharing more than your consultation needs.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
